Course Overview

Initial HAZWOPER training for workers with limited hazardous-waste exposure.

Not every worker on a HAZWOPER site needs the full 40-hour certification. The 24-hour course is built for personnel with occasional exposure to hazardous substances, who work at or below Permissible Exposure Limits, and who are not required to wear respiratory protection on a routine basis.

Developed by Certified Safety Professionals with decades of field experience, the course walks through the full 29 CFR 1910.120 standard — hazard recognition, PPE, toxicology, decontamination, and emergency response — on your schedule, on any device.

Hazard Recognition
Identify chemical, physical, and biological hazards before they reach you.
PPE & Decontamination
Select, wear, and decon the right protective equipment for the task.
Toxicology & SDS
Read GHS-aligned labels and Safety Data Sheets with confidence.
Emergency Response
Site characterization, confined spaces, spill containment, and incident command.
