- Process hazard analyses by teams with process-specific knowledge
- The full 14-element PSM program: operating procedures, mechanical integrity, management of change, incident investigation, emergency planning, and audits
- Refresher training at least every three years for employees operating a covered process
Completion of this online awareness course is a valuable educational foundation, but it does not satisfy an employer's PSM training obligations under 1910.119(g), which are process-specific and must be verified and documented by the employer.
