Most standards tie retraining to a schedule or a trigger. HAZWOPER requires 8 hours of refresher training every year. Powered industrial truck operators must be re-evaluated at least every three years. Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, and respiratory protection require retraining whenever the job, the equipment, or the hazard changes, or when a worker shows they have not retained the training.

Construction coursesKeep the worker's name, the course title and topics, the date of completion, the length of the training, and the name of the training provider. Our Certificate of Completion includes each of these fields and can be downloaded as soon as a learner passes the final assessment, so records stay ready for an inspection or a client audit.
How enrollment worksAwareness-level courses teach workers to recognize a hazard and stay clear of it. Operator, entrant, and authorized-employee courses go further and cover the procedures for working on or inside the hazard. Choosing the wrong level is a common compliance gap: an affected employee under Lockout/Tagout, for example, cannot perform the energy-isolation steps an authorized employee is trained for.
