This course provides an overview of the OSHA lead standard for general industry (29 CFR 1910.1025), including key safety controls, permissible exposure limits, and other important topics. Yes. According to OSHA's lead standard for general industry (29 CFR 1910.1025), employers must train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level (30 μg/m3 averaged over an eight-hour period), or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists.
